Can I walk in without a booking?
Yes. On weekends we deliberately keep some chairs free for walk-ins. If you want a specific time or barber, booking ahead is safer.
From what age do you cut children’s hair?
The kids' cut covers boys up to 12, and we're happy to see very young ones. If it's a first haircut, mention it in the notes and we'll plan a calmer pace.
Do you speak English?
Yes — we serve clients in English, Latvian and Russian. Each barber’s profile shows the languages they work in.
Can father and son come in one visit?
Yes — that’s the Father + son service. Back-to-back with one barber, or side by side with two if both are available. You choose the format while booking.
My child is scared of haircuts. What can you do?
That's completely normal, and we're happy to pause, chat and go slowly. Come a little early so your child can look around; a parent can sit right beside the chair the whole time.
Where do I park?
Parking at Via Jūrmala Outlet Village is free, with plenty of space even on Saturdays. Our entrance is directly from the street — unit A-23.
Are you open on Mondays?
No. The outlet village itself is open on Mondays, but the barbershop is closed. We work Tuesday to Sunday, 10:00–20:00.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Your confirmation email contains a secure link to reschedule or cancel. Please do so at least 12 hours before your visit so someone else can take the slot.
What if I’m running late?
Call or message us — up to 10 minutes we can usually hold your slot. A longer delay may mean a shorter service or a new time, so the next client isn’t kept waiting.
How can I pay?
Card or cash in the shop. Online bookings need no prepayment.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, in the shop. Online purchase is coming soon.
Is a wash included in the haircut?
Each service description says exactly what’s included. If in doubt, ask your barber before you start — the price won’t change mid-visit.
Do you cut women’s hair?
Buzz Barbershop is a men's barbershop and we only do men's and boys' cuts. Salons offering women's services are nearby in the same village.
