Booking terms

Bookings are confirmed instantly and require no prepayment. A confirmation with a secure management link is sent to the email you provide.

You can reschedule or cancel online up to 12 hours before your visit. Later cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book online in the future.

Being up to 10 minutes late usually does not affect your visit; a longer delay may mean a shortened service or a new time.

All prices are in euros and include 21% VAT. Price list changes never affect already-confirmed bookings.
